  3. Due to the nature of digital products, you will receive access to download the files immediately upon successful payment.

3. Intellectual Property and License

  1. All artworks, illustrations, texts, and digital files available on gabrielarytarowska.pl are the intellectual property of Gabriela Rytarowska.
  2. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the digital files for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  3. You may not:

5. Refund Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

  1. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
  2. Exception for Digital Content: By purchasing and downloading digital products, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
  3. Therefore, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gabriela Rytarowska Art and Sylwia Rytarowska shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the digital products.
